    Swift RFQ, Request For a Quote, automates the RFQ process which ease your clients/customer other than asking a business Request for Quote. your clients can now send you all the details you need to provide them with an accurate cost estimate for their project. Each time a client submits a RFQ, both you and your client are notified by mail of client’s request.

    Swift Request For Quote extension provides you and your customer / client ease to communicate and deal with the quote. Your Customer Places Quote Request at frontend (with/without) logging in. An email is dispatched to both, your customer and you, and quote item is also placed as grid item at backend in Swift RFQ.

    Your client and you both can manage the quote item furhter.

    Your customer can log into your site from email address(email address same as used for quotation). Under Customer sub-navigation, there an item menu My Quotes containing the number of quote items placed by the customer. These items can be managed by applying edit/deleted or view actions. Another quote placed by same customer appears under same quote item table in My Quotes.

    You can manage the quote items by logging into your admin account and navigating to the menu Swift RFQ. Edit any Grid Item or change its action quickly or modify whole quote item. You can directly modify the Brief View of Quote Item in order request / brief more about the qutation item.

    How it Works

    From Configurations make the extensino suitable settings for sending and receiving emails, auto-sender subject and body(optional). You can directly enable/disable the extension from configuration. By Disabling the extension, the extension will not work with project. So In order to make it work it should be enabled and set to yes.
    You can set the number of days to reply back to customer's Quote Request. The field should only be numberical and be an integer.

    The Quotes are placed as Grid Items by several Clients on backend under Swift RFQ. you can manage the quote items from their accordingly to your needs. You can further edit or modify these quote items and submit back record.

    The quotes can be placed by both guests / your store customers. One associating with your store have advantage of getting updates of placed quotes and further more he/she can manage more quote items placed.
