Delivery without installation

The software pack will be available for download as soon as payment information has been accepted. You will get a link for download files on your email which was submitted during the registration. The link exists 14 days; it means that you need download your extension pack during 2 weeks period.  When you download extension, you need just copy it on your site and customize according to your needs. 

Delivery with installation

Delivery extension with installation has the same main steps as without installation. But if you buy extension pack with paid installation you should create a ticket to our support service. In the ticket you should indicate access details to your server. The extension will be installed as soon as your payment information has been verified.

Software updates policy

Amasty.com offers 120 days of free updates for products purchased from us. Optionally customers can order extended support when buying the module. Once the 120-day and extended support period is over, it is possible to get an update for 50% of the module price - this includes another 120-day period of free updates and support, with possibility of paid extension for a longer period.
